Shipping and Returns

How soon will my order ship after purchase?


We know you're eager to try our products! We typically process orders within 24-48hrs and ship all orders within 3-5 business days using United States Postal Service (USPS). If you're needing your products sooner, be sure to upgrade your shipping options to UPSP Priority Mail.




Do you ship internationally?


International shipping can be accommodated upon request. Please contact us at (816) 931-SUDS (7837) or naturalsoapco@aol.com Please note: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders shipped outside the United States, unless the merchandise is defective. All international orders are final sale.




I received a notification that my package was being delivered, but have not yet received it.


A wonderful customer experience is what we strive for! Please let us know immediately if you have not received your products and we will work with you to help locate your package.

  • Is it possible to leave a note with your mailman to see if your package was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor?
  • Is it possible someone else in your family may have picked it up?
  • Was it delivered to the front desk of your apartment building?




I ordered the wrong product and/or would like to cancel my order.

Do you accept exchanges?


Due to the nature of our Natural Soap Co products, we're unable to offer exchanges on any products. We do, however, accept unopened product that are in new condition if returned within 30 days of the purchase date found on your reciept. Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders shipped outside the United States, unless the merchandise is defective. All international orders are final sale. Once we've recieved your unopened products and process your request, you will recieve a refund for the amount paid back to the original payment method. What's the return policy?


All domestic orders shipped within the United States may be returned if they meet the following requirements:

  • All products are returned UNOPENED items in NEW condition.
  • All products are returned within 30 days of purchase date on the reciept for a full refund of the item(s) purchase price.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders shipped outside the United States, unless the merchandise is defective. All international orders are final sale. Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Sale items are nonrefundable. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted. When will I see my refund?


For domestic returns, USPS first class shipping can take 3-5 business days depending on the shipping distance. After we receive your return, please allow approximately 10 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment. All international orders are final sale.
